There’s just something about popping a chocolate truffle and savouring the richness from the ganache within. Our Chocolate Truffle is a heavenly concoction of creamy yet deep chocolate ganache, the perfect cocoa dusting and a tinge of sweet vanilla.

This decadent flavour pairs well with dessert, bakes or beverages and even with liqueur and whipped cocktails.

Ossoro recommends using 2-3ml of flavour per kilo of dough. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100% vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
