• Bake Shake’s return and refund policy gives you an option to return and exchange items purchased on the portal within 7 days of the receipt of the item.
• The buyer is expected to preserve the product in its original condition, tags and packaging.
• Once the product is received by the team, it will go through a quality check post which the refund will be initiated.
• Your refunds are be in the form of store credits which could be used for future purchases or can be directly transffered in to the account which is used to make the purchase.
• the process of refund will take 5-7 working days after the quality check of the return item.
• Shipping charges will not be a part of the refund. Only the product cost will be refunded.
